Where We Ship To 

Currently, we offer reliable delivery services to all locations within India. While we are not yet offering international shipping, we are actively working on expanding our reach to serve customers worldwide. Stay tuned for future updates as we aim to make our collections available to even more fashion lovers globally. 

Processing Your Order & Delivery Timeframe 

Once you’ve placed your order, our team works diligently to process it within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After your order has been processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email along with an estimated delivery time. We aim to deliver your items within 3-8 business days, depending on your location, so you can start enjoying your new pieces as quickly as possible. 

What Happens in Case of Delivery Failures? 

We understand that things don’t always go as planned. If a delivery attempt fails—due to reasons like an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order—our delivery partner will make two additional delivery attempts. If these attempts also fail, the order will be returned to us. At this point, you’ll have the option to request re-delivery, though please note that additional shipping charges may apply. 

Handling Damaged or Lost Shipments 

While we take great care in packaging your order securely, sometimes accidents do happen. If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package, providing us with clear photos of the damage. If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work closely with our courier partners to investigate the matter. Once the investigation is complete, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund based on the outcome. 

Product-Specific Shipping Details 

Some of our products, especially large items or fragile goods, may require special shipping arrangements. If your order falls into this category, we’ll make sure to include detailed delivery instructions on the product page, so you’re fully aware of any additional shipping considerations before making a purchase.
